Five season-best times were turned in by the Monmouth College men's and women's cross country teams at Saturday's NCAA Regional held at Saukie Golf Course in Rock Island. The Scots' men turned in four of the team's top times while the women used a tight pack to run to a 16th-place finish in the 40-team field.
